Connor Shields Shields is a 21-year old Scottish striker who started his career at Albion Rovers. He then signed for Sunderland after a breakthrough season at the Wee Rovers, scoring 12 goals in 27 games. He failed to make an appearance for the first team at the Black Cats but impressed in their U23 squad. Ethan Chislett Chislett joined the Shots from Metropolitan Police in June 2019. He originally played in the Shots Academy side until the age of 15 before moving to the Old Bill. He was a part of the Police’s successful FA Youth Cup campaign in 2016 that saw them reach the 4th Round. Robbie Tinkler Tinkler is a full back who graduated from the Middlesbrough Academy. He failed to make an appearance for the first team at Boro but spent time on loan at North Ferriby United and Gateshead, who he joined permanently in 2018. Mitch Walker Walker became Shots boss Danny Searle’s fourth signing of the summer when joined from Dover Athletic in June 2019. He spent seven years with the Whites, amassing a total of 279 appearances and helped guide the Kent side to promotion from the National League South.
