Ethan Chislett
Chislett joined the Shots from Metropolitan Police in June 2019. He originally played in the Shots Academy side until the age of 15 before moving to the Old Bill. He was a part of the Police’s successful FA Youth Cup campaign in 2016 that saw them reach the 4th Round. He broke into their senior team and became a key player in the heart of midfield, setting up the decisive goal that sent the Police to the FA Cup 1st Round in their upset over National League side Havant & Waterlooville last season, he also scored a superb 25-yard opener in the Police’s Super Play-Off Final defeat to Tonbridge Angels, he has also played for Basingstoke Town.
Dean Rance
Rance joined the Shots in June 2019 after spending five years at National League rivals Ebbsfleet United where he made 240 appearances, winning promotion from the National League South and also playing a big part in Ebbsfleet’s squad that made the National League Play-Offs in the 2017/18 season. He started his career at Gillingham, where he made a solitary appearance. He spent time out on loan at Maidstone United, Bishop’s Stortford and Dover Athletic, where he joined the latter on a permanent deal in 2012. He spent a season at the Crabble before his move to the Fleet.
James Rowe
Shares the same name as the Shots’ assistant manager, but no relation, Rowe was initially released by the Shots at the end of the 2017-18 season but rejoined the club on trial this pre-season where his performances impressed enough for him to earn a new deal. Has been relegated from the EFL with Tranmere Rovers but won the National League the season after with Cheltenham Town in 2015-16. Began his career at Reading where he didn’t make a first-team appearance and had spells on loan at Lewes and Basingstoke Town before a move to Forest Green Rovers preceded his arrival at Tranmere.
Jacob Berkeley-Agyepong
Joined the Shots in August 2018 after impressing on trial in pre-season. Was at Crystal Palace from the age of 8 before being released by the Eagles at the end of last season without making a first-team appearance. The skilful winger’s Palace highlights include scoring a hat-trick in the FA Youth Cup in 2013 and being involved in the first team’s pre-season tour of the USA and Canada back in 2016.
Aaron Eyoma
AJ is a graduate of the Arsenal Academy and joined Derby County from the Gunners in the summer of 2018. He didn’t make a first team appearance for either Arsenal or Derby but has spent time out on loan in the Netherlands at FC Volendam and also spent time on loan at Woking and Braintree Town last season before joining the Shots in July 2019.
Harrison Panayiotou
Born in Leicester, Panayiotou joined his hometown club Leicester City as a youngster. He made his first-team debut in April 2012, though did not play for the first team again. After loan spells at Port Vale in October 2014 and Raith Rovers in the second half of the 2015–16 season, he was released by Leicester. He joined Barrow in September 2016.
