Connor Shields

Shields is a 21-year old Scottish striker who started his career at Albion Rovers. He then signed for Sunderland after a breakthrough season at the Wee Rovers, scoring 12 goals in 27 games. He failed to make an appearance for the first team at the Black Cats but impressed in their U23 squad. He was then loaned to Scottish Championship side Alloa Athletic last season and helped them reach the Quarter-Finals of the Scottish Challenge Cup.
